1. Submission and ownership of Content
Admanya allows you to submit content (including but not limited to text, data, photos, graphics, music, sounds and videos) to Admanya in a number of forms, such as reviews about products or services, opinions in on-line forums, comments on other people's opinions and reviews, information about yourself for your sign-up and profile and any other information like product suggestion, general suggestion, feedback or questions. Collectively, the reviews, opinions, comments, personal information and any other information you provide to Admanya (by uploading such content to the site, sending them thru email or otherwise) is defined as "Content".
By submitting Content to Admanya, you automatically grant to Admanya an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, transmit and display such Content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such Content.
You agree not to submit any Content to Admanya that (a) infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, (b) violates any applicable law or regulation, (c) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic or criminal in nature, (d) contains any viruses, Trojan horses, automated computer scripts, worms, time bombs, e-mail bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information in admanya system or any other system.
2. Consumer Reviews
The consumer reviews on our site are comments received from actual consumers of products and services who have elected to post a review on our site. As such, these reviews are informative for those wishing to use them, but they do not guarantee any level of performance by a product manufacturer or service provider or other third party in any given transaction.
Manufacturers of products, providers of services, merchants, distributors and other third parties may pay us to be presented on our site or to have their product or service offerings featured in our pages, and may also purchase research from us, but in no event does any such payment affect the reviews given to any product or service by participating consumers.
Users agree not to take any actions for the purpose of manipulating or distorting, or that may undermine the integrity and accuracy of, the product or service reviews. By posting a review, the poster thereby represents that the review is based upon an actual shopping and usage experience of the product or service being reviewed and irrevocably assigns all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the review to Admanya. Admanya may publish the review on its Web site or elsewhere in its discretion and reserves the right to remove or alter the content of any review deemed offensive or in violation of its policies, and all decisions by Admanya in this regard are final.
3. Significance of Ratings
Overall rating and average rating of a product or service reflect the non-aggregated and aggregated responses of actual consumers who have chosen to write a review on any of the products and services available in our website. As such, these ratings are informative for those wishing to use them, but they do not guarantee any level of performance in any given transaction.
Manufacturers of products, providers of services, merchants, distributors and other third parties may pay us to be presented on our site or to have their product or service offerings featured in our pages, and may also purchase research from us, but in no event does any such payment affect the rating given to any product or service by participating consumers.

4. Private Information and Termination of use.
Because your privacy is very important to Admanya, the site offers you a number of choices to facilitate decisions about how you would like Admanya to use and disclose your personal information. By accepting this Agreement, you expressly consent to Admanya?s disclosure and use of your personal information (including using email to communicate with you) as described in the then-current Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Admanya may terminate your use of the site immediately if (a) you breach any element of this Agreement, (b) you infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a third party, or (c) Admanya is unable to verify any registration information you provide. Alternatively, in such circumstances, Admanya may take some lesser remedies, such as hiding the display of some or all of your Content or suspending your account. Admanya may choose to assume that you intended to terminate your account if you do not access it for more than 3 months. Following termination, at its sole option, Admanya.com may remove some or all of your Content from the site or leave it available for public review.

Furthermore, due to the dynamic nature of online content, all information regarding such matters is subject to change without notice.
