Refund problem from TimesJobs.Com

I had done payment for the TimesJobs.Com career services, the details of services and their corresponding payments are as follows:

1. MagicResumeCllassic - 1629( inclusive rupees 300 for five hard copies of resume at doorstep ). (05/may/2012)

2. Send CV to top 1250 consultancies across india - 1399.(04/may/2012)

3. Education Verification - 1319.(04/may/2012)

While making me payment for above mentioned services they committed me that i will receive five hard copies of my resume at my address, after my confirmation of their prepared resume for me, in one week. Also they committed me that right after the verification of my submitted educational certificates scans to their website i would start receiving calls regarding the vacancies in various MNC's(private ad PSU's) which are of premium level in their list and they mentioned me that the information of the vacancies in such companies are only given to those who have made payment for their services(to whom they use to call premium customers) unlike the update of local companies to their free users. Also they told me to assist me regarding the recruitment processes by various premium multinational companies.

I want to tell you that among the above mentioned services, they have only prepared my MagicResume worth rupees 1329 (from the cost 1629 as mentioned above for magic resume classic) and sent it through my email for my inspection and confirmation. After confirming, it has been three weeks that i don't receive five hard copies of my confirmed Magic Resume Classic (which was supposed to take hardly one week according to them). Also it has passed many weeks that i am not getting a single call regarding job vacancies in MNC's.

I made various (almost four to five times) complaints through phone call to their office regarding this faulty service and each time they told me that i will receive a revert call for grievance resolution and assurance within 48 hours after my complaint call which actually never happened for any call. When it didn't work i made so many contacts to them via chat session which also didn't work. In chat session whenever i reminded them about their commitment regarding their premium job intimidations, they told me that there are no jobs in market in private as well as public sector which was not the case as i had applied for various job vacancies which generated from both private as well as public sector undertakings and got selected in some of them, these vacancies were generated after my educational verification and completion of formalities for TimesJobs.com registration but never got informed by them of any of these vacancies.

After getting tired of their faulty and appearantly fraud job searching service, i wrote complete descriptive letter regarding my dissatisfacion of their service and applied for "refund" by giving them one week time for this refund. The letter was sent on 23/06/2012 by me to the TimesJobs.Com but still till today i didn't get any response from their side.

I have applied for refund for the amount excluding their MagicResumeClassic preparation charge (which i have received) with interest till now as applicable. I need your help to get justice by getting my money and stop them to make fool to unemployed innocent people who get trapped in their consistant befooling techniques only for earning money.

Your help is highly needed regarding this.
