Sulekha Cheated Me

I am Sharath M - Proprietor of Quantum Technology Solutions, Bangalore. An Executive from Sulekha.com (Sandeep M) contacted me for giving Home UPS leads to improve my business and promised me to list my company in the premium listings segment on their website. I paid Rs. 15,000/- for the premium leads package (Order No - 196877) and once after the money is credited to their company, they started sending me many useless computer UPS leads. Also, my company is listed in the last preferred business category. When ever I call up the executive to rectify the issue, he is buying time again and again. Executive had also made a fake promise to me that, I would get a SONY HOME THEATER SYSTEM as a complimentary gift from their company within 15 days of signing the contract. Till date there is no information on that and he has cheated me on this. When I wanted to escalate this issue to the superiors of Sulekha, Sandeep M (Executive) gave me his colleague's contact number (Mr. Bhagya Raj) and he spoke to me pretending as a Branch head. When I made out that he is not the branch head, he spoke to me arrogantly. I have wasted lot of my time and money to get the issues rectified by calling the Executive & Call center of Sulekha. But finally I have realized that, Employees from Sulekha make all fake promises to get their business, fool their customers and afterwards, they dump us in a ditch.
