easy to handle
service is poor
We have been using the product for almost 10 months. Product works well. however still the indicator is pure white, I don't know whether it works or just a demo piece. Worst part is the customer service. Fibre mesh has gone dirty and tap got broken. I asked for a change the CSR person ask me to hold and at end told me complain for battery change has been taken, I had to gain tell him and correct him about the problem. He promised it will take 2 day. no one responded, After that I have called twice but no one turns up. SO far I have called 3 times, every time they respond to fix it in 2 days. but so far no response or call. Even while asking the complain number they deny to provide.
Does any body know whether these parts are available in open market or does these guy have any central office or shop. So that I can go myself and purchase.
I don't think you will get spares easily in the market as they do some customization and make sure that generic spares don't fit the machine. But you can try for sure.
