distraction, poor CS, no local phone number
I hate TATA sky for these reasons:
1. Poor Customer Service
2. No local phone number in Mumbai, 1860--------- never works
3. Distraction
4. by sending shitty alert messages and win Rs 50000 messages
5. Unable to logon to My account online anytime day or night
6. Have to make long distance calls to reach TATA sky
7. Service goes away with just little rain /lightening
8. Random numbers displayed in middle of screen very often during program telecast
9. Remove and change my plans without my knowledge. In may 2008 they removed my sports channels and then put it back again.
10. Can not understand their invoice. the plans change in middle of month
11. Overall half hearted attempt by TATA group to enter entertainment world. TATA products are piece of junk just like their small cars or cell phone service. Suck it up. TATA your are better off selling your salt. You are in wrong business
