Sub : Pathetic service from Jalandhar Nokia Care-Basant Chowk.
I bought N-82 Handset From D.K.Marketing-Amritsar on 19.05.08 right from day one this phone has being hanging, switching on and off so I went to jalandhar Nokia care at Basant Chowk and submitted my hand set on 20.06.2008 I was told to contact them after a week and a manual job sheet No. 804 was issued to me.and as on now i.e. 23.07.2007 there is still no replacement or repair of my mobile, only answer i get there is that your handset is pending in Chandigarh and we do not know what is happening you call on tuesday,wednesday.......
It has been more than a month and i am still without my mobile.
Fail to understand why in a brand new set this problem should occur in the initial place, that means there is no Quality Control from the Maker's on top of it the support staff is totally ill mannered and irresponsible also why it takes so long to repair or replace my mobile.
Nokia slogan "Connecting People" is totally baseless, as nokia care Jalandhar Can never be contacted so have to visit personally, where the cunning receptionist makes you wait and gives a very rude answer " Your hand set is pending at Chandigarh, we do not know why ?, you come next week." If you go to the back office you meet the people there they you do not call us we will call you. which never happens and when you ask them what happened they says you will get your mobile on Tuesday which also never happens.
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THIS NON-SENSE. EITHER I FORGET THAT I EVER BOUGHT A N-82 AND GO TO SLEEP OR WAKE UP AND MAKE SURE THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WHOLE ISSUE NEVER SLEEP.
MAY I KINDLY REQUEST YOU ALL WHENEVER YOU BUY A NEW NOKIA ASK THE SELLER WHERE IS THE NEAREST NOKIA CARE AND TRY CALLING THEM EVEN BEFORE YOU BUY THE HANDSET, IF THE PHONE CALL IS THROUGH YOU DECEIDE IF YOU LIKE TO BUY IT, IF PHONE CALL IS NOT THROUGH AND YOU STILL BUY IT PROBABLY YOU WILL BE THE NEXT WRITING A REVIEW, MIND IT.
CAN SOMEBODY ASSIST ME TO GET MY MOBILE BACK.
