I got a very bad experience with Citibank. I have applied for a personal loan with Citibank thinking as it would be completed very faster when compared to other banks. Initially I came across lot of formalities and documentations in spite they're are saying very less formalities. I gave them all the documents whatever they demanded. And everything went well. During the house verification, I was not there as I was in my office. And the guy who came for the verification without making any call to me neither asking anyone nearby, seeing the door locked wrote the same in the remarks.
And because of this, l got my loan rejected. Which they've intimated me after1 week of my waiting. When I inquired the reason with the regional manager and sales manager, they behave like kings not giving me responsible answer. I don't want the hell they're into that positions. They're insisting me to stay back in my home without going to office after applying a loan with them. This is really a bullshit happening over there. So, Guys be careful. Don't go with Citibank for any reason.
