Myntra provides false delivery statues in the site

I have purchased a product making payment beforehand from Myntra on 23rd june 2012, and received a confirmation mail from their CS department that my order vide Order No 3117596 has been accrdingly placed and as per their mail i am supposed to receive my order by 30th June 2012.

Today morning i was casually checking status of my order in their site to discover that my order has alreday been deliverred on 25th June 2012, where as i am still waiting for my order. seeing their update i dialled their contact number and spoke to one of their executive who informed me that my order was returned from Gurgaon with out any reason. then i asked her to pass the call to her supervisor and he also told me the same thing despite he tries a lot to convince me with thier thechnical relationship with their courier compnay. but the horrible thing was that he never let me know the reason why they have updated status of my order if it was beening returned.

At this point my concern is that if my oredre for some reason was not delivered why not they intimated me earlier after heving my contact details with them? and when i asked him he just appologised without having any attempt to retain me which is totally unexpectable from any service provider. At the end of our discussion the resolution he provide me was that once he receives the product form the courier agency he will credit my myntra account with the same value and i will have to place an order again to redeeme the amount.

Now i am not quite interested any more to give a second to myntra to make another purchase, and i would like to receive my order immeditely at my registerred address or Demand draft of the amoout i have already paid for my order.
