Yesterday morning(12 may 2012) around 10:30 am, I tried to book a Bus ticket from New Delhi to Kanpur through Make My Trip site, but didnt succeeded in Payment procedure twice due to Network Problem. There was only one ticket available and after trying twice, the ticket was shown booked(may be by some one else). Then, I received a call from make my trip executive named MK at 10:47am(no. 01166371036) asking me the reason for failing of the transaction and in reply I told her that everytime I tried to make the payment,the transaction was cancelled by my credit card bank. She said that she can hold the same seat on my name, can create a booking id and send me the payment link through which I can try again to make the payment. I told her that the seat is now showing occupied and asked her how she can managed to do was she was promising. She, then after checking the status of the seat, told me that the seat was booked on my name and that it would be booked as soon as I will make the payment and that she will call me back with the confirmation of the payment. She then mailed me the payment link with the booking id IN1206B07715 .I again tried the transaction but it was declined by the bank. Later on enquiring the bank I came to know that payment of my credit card was hold by the bank due to non-payment of dues and then made the payment through my debit card and the procedure took half an hour to make the payment.

I received a confirmation message from the site at 11:32am that the payment of Rs 760 was made. After that there was no confirmation call from that side and when I called back on the same no. at 1:00pm my call was twice hanged and then not received. I called again on 2:50 pm but was hanged again, i replied on the mail sent to me for payment at 3:01 pm and eventually i got a call from the same no. At 3:12pm saying that they have received my payment and that she will mail me the ticket on my email id. But what was promised wasnt done again. I mailed them again at 5:13pm and enquired about my ticket as the booking id was showing INVALID when i checked it on the website. Then i got the call through same no. at 5:21 pm when finall they told me that my ticket couldnt be booked as it was occupied by someone else and that i should arrange for my travel from somewhere else and that the amount paid by me will be credited back to my account within 3 working days.

What kind of hospitality are they showing by saying so.

#My payment was made at 11:32 am then why it took them 6 hrs to confirm me that my ticket was not booked.

#In the afternoon @ 3:12pm when the executive called me,she told me that my payment was received and that she will mail me my ticket,why not then she informed me what se eventually did 3 hrs later.

#What financial business are they running by holding the customer amount and returning the same three days later(minimum). It gives tgem huge interest!!!!!!!

I have written what they did with me but cant explain the mental pressure and torture I have undergone through past 24 hrs.3 days i will have to wait for the payment and then again book new ticket as Iam running short if money. That means 3 days of work loss, salary loss as I have to reach at my work near kanpur. Please do justice with my plea.
