refunding for Order# 120704978577647(format shoes)

I had placed order on July 4 and I received shoes from jabong on 5 July.

Please note that I started wearing shoes on 10 July and after using it for just two days stitching of shoes just came off.On very morning of july 12 I sent an
email to jabong care after reading their return policy(Which I now think is big lie based on my experience) stating that shoes are in bad condition and on that day itself I packed shoes for returning purpose.
I acted honestly at every step.

Reverse pick-up person collected shoes from me on 17 July.If I wanted I could have continued wearing shoes till 16 but I did not do that.Now I got a mail showing me exact area of shoes (stating that It is damaged so failed quality check) because of which I returned shoes.Now any sensible person can tell that how can I damage shoes in just 3 days of using it and why would I order that product if I want to damage shoes or If I know that shoes will be of poor craftsmanship.
And on all of that you are saying that if I accept shoes again then I will have to pay for shipping charges.
This is completely ridiculous situation.
