This is another issue with ezeego1.com. i have cancelled a ticket (EZR-2012-186331/A) on 3rd of June they confirmed me refund will be processed in 7 days. still by today refund is not processed. no body is giving proper answer. they says they make a call back but they had never made. very very poor service. i use frequently at least thrice in a month to book tickets. will never ever turn to this site for sure.

i will be satisfied only after money credited in my account. so you wont refund on proper scheduled days? for each time i have to log complaint in public complaint forum to get refund? useless team
