Review Text

I purchased Aquaguard Total Sensa machine from Eureka Forbes, costing Rs. 18,300/-(m/c price 17,900 + stand of 400), on 20th April 2012, with reciept number 318010628.

On 6th June 2012, due to breakage of outlet water tap, water started flowing out, and hence needed to stop using the machine.

For resolving the problem I raised a complaint on 7th June 2012. The complaint number is 67003259. On 10th June the technician visited my home and told me that he needs to get the required part, and the problem will be fixed by 11th. And as of now, the problem is not fixed.

I called up the service center over phone (02039883333)several times, but got standard response like "we will forward your problem", "problem will be fixed by today/tomorrow". Eventually nothing happens.

In the mean time I need to borrow / purchase water from outside which is another headache.

I am fade up of service from Eureka Forbes and want my money back. Please guide me on how to get back my money.
