In how many months my vacuum cleaner will get fixed?

In how many months my vaccume cleaner will get fixed. Model trendy steel.
I bought it in Jan end from Next showroom, Koramangala, Bangalore. None came for demo etc, and it wasn't working fine from day1 we used it. On complaining one person came and changed the switch. But after that person left, it wasn't working for more then 5 min in one go. On complaining again after a month again same person came and said that thermal unit is bad, they'll have to get the part and then replace it, it'll take 4 days. 3 weeks since then again no progress.

We left it to next showroom last weekend, on their promise of getting it fixed in 4 days, and again no show yet. On calling up them again today they say, 3 more days. So much money we've spent on calling up all service center, customer care to Eureka Forbes and Next both. And its going to be 3 months since we bought vacuum cleaner and have never been able to use it. We really don't want to keep a plastic box in our house which doesn't work. And now we wish to return it and live in peace.
