Review Text

I started my loan life with a personal loan from SCB and it went off very smoothly. I joined the credit card group on the request of an executive who is a friend of mine. On the card they offered a loan first. I took the loan and repaid it in time. They have offered a second loan. The real journey with scb starts here. They have got the payment and have not credited it to my account for nearly for six months and for these six months they have charged me int charges and late fee. They have issued a supplementary card which I denied in written. Then also they started charging the entry fee and late fee etc for that card.

They have upgraded the card on one time charge of around two thousand and five hundred which I never requested and adjusted the EMI money which I paid for the loan to these charges and started charging my loan account with dues and late fee etc. I complained the grievance redressal officer for more than fifteen times by mail and consulted their local officers. But everything is in vain. They started calling my home and my employer by phone and told me that I am a defaulter. After these incidents I went to their manager and asked him to show the dues. the interesting part is that the bank is due nearly two hundred rupees to me. After a four hour discussion the manager told me that he will inform the outcome later and he never called ma again. recently I received a call from the bank and they started scolding and threatening that they will lodge a criminal case and so on. Now what should I do. I have paid the bank in excess. Still they want nearly six thousand. Amazing.
