because some religions try to establish supremacy over other religions by bogus claims and interfere so much into personal and national lives of people that condemning such a religion becomes inevitable.

Well, party true. Intolerance of religion cannot be allowed in a modern society and religions cannot impose unacceptable conditions citing holy book, holy scriptures etc. Religious choice should be strictly a private affair.

Unfortunately, a large section of politicians are appeasing Muslims in India just for their votes and Muslims should also realise it. I am not against affirmative action for any backward section or under privileged section of society but I am definitely against these drama of Iftaar by politicians, can you tell me why a Chief Minister of a state should call upon everyone to fast during Ramjan? Is it not appeasement? When Muslims of India will understand this dirty politics of appeasement which is actually doing no good for their community?

Please talk back, don't be a silent spectator, you can be a little less gentleman Admanyac :)

Maaz, if you analyze accurately, you will see the debate is actually more political than religious. A large section of corrupt politicians of our country are appeasing the Muslims for vote bank and using it as a smokescreen for not doing any real progress for that community and the country.

I am surprised that being reasonably intelligent, how can a man like you miss it!
