Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, India's No 1 radio station, emerged as a clear winner at the 6th Indian Radio Forum awards. It won the maximum number of awards, 12.Radio Mirchi understands the pulse of its listeners and has been able to continuously churn out fresh innovative content not only from a show perspective but also from its RJs to sparklers and promos. Mirchi's unique innovation Mirchi Mobile which took the brand to the mobile platform got the award for the best new media initiative for the year. The IRF Jury also acknowledged Mirchi's contribution to music by awarding the Best On Ground/ Activation award to Mirchi Music Awards (MMA).
