Saudi authorities have proudly upheld The Holy Quran by beheading a convicted sexual offender with a single sword stroke after the Friday prayer.

The man was convicted of attacking a woman and snapping nude photos of her in order to blackmail her for sex. Under the Islamic law no will ever dare to send the obscene MMS that even school children circulate nowadays in cities like Delhi and Bangalore.

In matters of truth and justice, there is no difference between large and small problems, for issues concerning the treatment of people are all the same. (Albert Einstein)

Islam gives extreme importance to justice, in the words of Qur’an:-
“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even if it be against yourselves, your parents, and your relatives, or whether it is against the rich or the poor…” (Quran 4:135) maaz_nawaz wrote on 16 July, 2011
The Quran, the sacred scripture of Islam, considers justice to be a supreme virtue. It is a basic objective of Islam to the degree that it stands next in order of priority to belief in God’s exclusive right to worship (Tawheed) and the truth of Muhammad’s prophethood. God declares in the Quran:
“God commands justice and fair dealing…” (Quran 16:90) And in another passage: “O you who believe, be upright for God, and (be) bearers of witness with justice!…” (Quran 5:8) Therefore, one may conclude that justice is an obligation of Islam and injustice is forbidden. The centrality of justice to the Quranic value system is displayed by the following verse: “We sent Our Messengers with clear signs and sent down with them the Book and the Measure in order to establish justice among the people…” (Quran 57:25) Blackrose wrote on 18 July, 2011
JAM Ali@ Again a blast at Mumbai. In the news papers the names of Khans, Answaris, Hujis etc are cropping up everyday. This is crossing all limits. In most of the inter national airports,People with Islamic names/ surnames are kept under special and strict surveillance. A few days back one of my friends had come from Dubai. He told that even in a Muslim country like Dubai, people from Islamic countries like Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and even Pakistan etc are not granted Visa easily for job related reasons. Islamic fundamentalism is bothering every country. It is high time for the believers of Islam to introspect and work out a solution of this problem. Hence your statement "Islam in the answer for all sort of crimes in human society" is utterly false".Otherwise one day will come when Muslims will commit genocide against muslims( which has already started in Pakistan). The Frankenstein created by you would kill you people also. This is written on the wall.

Mr. Jam, I have lived in Saudi for about a decade and I can tell with authority and know;edge that most of these people who are executed are from poor families, expats from asian countries, non-muslims or adversaries of royal families and the punishment is always selective. If they strictly want to enforce the punishment of sex offenders then half of the population of Saudi Arabia has to be wiped out!
I have seen numerous times that women coming to hospitals for delivering baby with their all grown up daughters camping in wards as they will be raped by their fathers / brothers if left alone at home, this is the real picture of Saudi Arabia. So please don't quote these holy scriptures as the ground reality is very much different. sraboni_pal wrote on 19 July, 2011
Saudis occupy a very high place in terms of human rights abuse, they are the most intolerant society in the whole world in terms of religious tolerance and so suggesting that Saudi flag stands for the symbol of justice is an utter lie and a ridiculous statement. Only a loonie can tell so. LOL.

@ maaz, there is and should be always differences between small and big crimes and you are quoting Einstein may be out of context. Because he is the father of relativity and how can he say that there is no difference between petty crime like shop lighting and a heinous crime like rape.
Legal experts say that Sharia law is highly flawed and so there is no sharia law even in India, forget about western countries. So just saying it is perfect does not make something perfect. Blackrose wrote on 20 July, 2011
