The plot of land on the elevated stone platform known as Haram Ash-Sharif on Temple Mount upon which sits the Dome of the Rock is third holiest place in Islam and sacred to Judaism and Christianity (the only other two religion but they are incomplete).

Yes For Muslims, the mount carries a significance, as the location where Muhammad (pbuh) ascended to heaven.....
