      <title>Sony Bravia LCD TV - Defective display</title>

      <description>I have bought Sony Bravia LCD TV in Dec'10,Model - KLV-32EX400, Sr No. 2379021.&#xD;
&#xD;
Within a month of purchase TV power switch ON/OFF automatically/picutre negative.When I reported to Sony they have sent engineer consequently TV taken to service center and rectified by them.&#xD;
&#xD;
Again there was problem in picture last month April'12 It was taken by Sony service center for which I made payment.&#xD;
&#xD;
But now again same problem is coming in this TV Since Ist week of may'12 but after sending several reminders to Customer care , no action has been taken by Sony.&#xD;
&#xD;
1 ) Why there is frequent problems in TV.&#xD;
&#xD;
2) Why should I make payment every time for same problem&#xD;
&#xD;
3) What is the use of Sony product so called No. 1 quality product company , and paying huge mony on these.&#xD;
&#xD;
Request to you make arrangment to resolve this issue permanently , for which I am not supposed to make any payments.</description>

      <title>Damaged AC Delivered by Big Bazaar</title>

      <description>With respected to the subject matter, I have purchased an AC(KORYO WINDOW AC ON 1.5.2012 at Rs. 13490/- vide reciept No.0131708, Delivery Challan No.500 &amp; Cash Memo No.T31/24752)on 01/05/2012 from BIG BAZAAR-Malleshwaram branch at Rs. 13490/-. By requesting them for delivery to A D ACHARI, MURLIDHAR MATH ROAD, KARWAR-581301(TEL;08382-222003) and they have agreed on the same. Recipient of the material has received on 10th May 2012 in Damaged condition( not in usable condition).&#xD;
&#xD;
I have brought the same to the concerned officers notice at Big Bazaar 1)Mr.Pr KB-7411387442 &amp; 2)Mr.K-7483070713 to replace the damaged material with good one.&#xD;
&#xD;
Lodged the same complaint in FutureGroup's official website on 12 th May 2012(acknowledgement not received) and no action has been taken and not received any reply by any of the above officers as I am following up with them on the same regard by my cell phone on day to day basis.&#xD;
&#xD;
Request you to look into the matter and provide me solution, as I am loosing my patience and wasting my valuable time on this.</description>

      <title>Non-refund of the money paid to Country Club</title>

      <description>This refers to the amount of Rs. 2,75,000/- paid to country club for membership together with 2 plots of land measing 4000 sq ft.&#xD;
&#xD;
I was approached by a Country Club, Mumbai salesman to take membership of the club as together with the membership, a complimentary plot of land at Kolad Village, near Nagotahne( Maharashtra) was also being given.&#xD;
&#xD;
I decided to take the membership in the name of my minor son since with his membership, the parents ( me and wife) were also entitled for the membership of the club.&#xD;
&#xD;
The membership cost together with one plot of land ( 2000 sq ft) was Rs. 1,75,000/. The option was given to take additional plot measuring 2000 sq ft on payment of additional Rs. 1,00,000/-. I chose to take the additional plot also and agreed to pay total of Rs. 2,75,000/ towards the same. I was informed that registration of plot could take upto six months.&#xD;
&#xD;
On submission of all the documents, I received the letters from Country Club confirming membership of my son and allotment of 2 plots (97 &amp; 98 in Kolad Village) and advising us to pay Rs. 2,75,000/-. The letters confirming above details are from the following representatives of Country Club:&#xD;
&#xD;
1.Dated 2nd March 2008 from DyGM-Marketing &amp; Sales Mr. SKa&#xD;
&#xD;
2.Dated 14th April 2008 from General Manager Mr. YSR&#xD;
&#xD;
We accordigly made arrangements and paid Rs. 2,75,000/- and received the membership cards. After 4 months, I received another letter from the General Manager Mr.Y. SR dated 26th August 2008 that the regsitration process for the plots as per prevailing laws in Maharashtra may take up to 18 months.&#xD;
&#xD;
We patiently waited. When we did not see anything moving, we began follow up. After telephonic / verbal follow up did not yield any results, we met Mr. Y.SR on 3rd October 2009 and submitted a letter seeking refund fo the money since registration process was not moving forward at all. Nothing moved forward. On 6th February 2010, we met Mr. SK and submitted another letter for refund. Nothing has moved so far accept explaination that registration of this piece of land has run into some difficulties and that we should take other plots near Hyderabad or Bangluru.&#xD;
&#xD;
We have lost faith in the country club and want our refund. Rs. 2,75,000/- of mine has been with them for the last 4 years.&#xD;
&#xD;
I have copies of all the documents referred in this mail.&#xD;
&#xD;
In the past, your intervention has helped me redress of my grivances. I am hopeful that your intervention will bring results this time as well. For people like us, hard earned amount of Rs. 2,75,000/- is lot of money and I do hope that the refund due to me will be made.&#xD;

      <title>Aquaguard Duo faulty product and no invoice</title>

      <description>My customer id is 1009260642. I brought aquaguard water purifier "Duo" on March 1st. I have not received any invoice from aquaguard in 75 days. Also one major issue, many units of Aquaguard Duo water purifiers are having Manufacturing defect, i fought for 30 days, the product was replaced but still same problem. The unit water tank has leakage, even confirmed by thr service person. I felt cheated, there is nothing in the name of customer service. Now i am struggling to get my invoice, no legal company sell product without invoice but Aquaguard has a innovative way of business. If i don't receive any resolution in 2 weeks i will file a fraud case against aquaguard.</description>

After enquiring several tikes before they assure me their service availability at my residence and promise me to get it installed by Saturday evening 4 pm. But till Tuesday morning they dint contact me.. When I visited their office their higher authority told me that connection is nt feasible @ my place as their amplifier is full and they cant provide connection and they asked to give ke refund within a month.. Do now as they made false comittment for the connection and take money from ke in lieu of the same I want them to get new amplifiet setup for the same or pay me yhe fine.. Why should i bear the loss and wait for 1 month to get ky money back..</description>

      <title>IDBI Bank ATM faulty</title>

      <description>I have salary account with State Bank of Patiala, and am having ATM card, I had gone to IDBI ATM vrindavan Thane, outlet to get Rs 1900. The ATM started to dispense and then stopped giving a display cannot dispense the amount. There was no receipt printed. Immediately I printed the outstanding, then next I tired removing Rs 500 that transaction went ok.&#xD;
&#xD;
Later when I checked with my bank statement I found there was deduction of Rs 1900 which was not dispensed, I raised this issue with State Bank of Patiala Bandra West, I have been following up with them till date no response.&#xD;
&#xD;
How do I proceed.&#xD;

When I unpacked the carton I found the product in a damaged condition, this product I bought as a gift for someone, but ia m really disappoint with snapdeal.&#xD;
&#xD;
I lodged my compalint with snapdeal on 14th may 2012 and i received the reply which as below :&#xD;

Thank you for writing to us. We really appreciate the opportunity to assist you. This is to inform you that as per our records you have received the product on 10 May 2012 and lodged complaint on 15 May 2012. As per our process in such cases customer have to lodge complaint with 48 hours. As we have not received your complaint within 48 hours we are unable to arrange replacement for the same.&#xD;
&#xD;
Though i told them that i was out of station when the product reached to the office despatch unit, they had kept the product in a good condition but ther was no reply from snapdeal.&#xD;
&#xD;

Kindly help me regarding the issues that I have been facing with a faulty washing machine since I purchased this machine. The problem with this faulty machine has started within a month from date of Purchase. Below are the complaint details.&#xD;

I was patient enough to see if the issues would be resolved. But the issue remained and so we have approached the Service centre senior Engineer Mr.Steven at Tadbund,Secunderabad. He confirmed that it was a faulty machine and it will continue to have problems. SO we escalated the issue to his manager Mr.Ramakrishna who is incharge of sales &amp; Service for Andhra Region. &#xD;
&#xD;
After looking at all our above complaints and having series of discussions with his engineers. He agreed to change all parts of the machine and promised us to exchange the machine, if at all same issue's happen again. He also suggested us to pay 1,143 /- Rs towards extended warranty on 15/4/2009. The extended warranty would commence from 23/8/2010 to 22/8/2012. &#xD;
&#xD;
Upon delivery of the machine with all spare parts changed the issue has become worst.&#xD;
&#xD;
We have updated the issues with Mr.Ramakrishna and suggested us a solution, but he never bothered to help us out and was further trying to postpone the issue rather than guiding us with appropriate solution. He is perhaps waiting for the warranty to get expired and delay things until then.&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
We have further escalated the issue reaching head office. Spoke to the Senior Engineers Mr.Lohit, Mrs.Rajeshwari and Mr.Mustafa. They suggested that they are working on the issue and have escalated the issue to senior most officials "Mr. chakravarthy" at IFB and we should get a response within 24hrs. Some suggested they will take the machine to head office and get it fixed, just be patient. But no one has reverted back to us until now we have been waiting for past 3 months. &#xD;
&#xD;
Whenever we try to follow up the case calling the head office at toll free No. 18604255678, the customer support are either suggesting us that the Senior Engineers Mr. Lohit, Rajeshwari and Mustafa are either busy or left for the day and will get back to us. Actually they never called us back at.all.</description>

      <title>Wrong Deduction of Rs100 By Videocon DTH Services</title>

      <description>My Videocon DTH Customer ID is 63416102. On 6th May I changed my location within Bangalore. So I have made a Request to Videocon DTH customer care no: 1860881011 to De install my Hardware on 5th May under the request No: 109043359, for which charges was Rs 100.&#xD;
&#xD;
On 7th May 2012 I had made another request to Videocon DTH customer care for Reinstallation for under the request no: 109586553 for which charges was RS 200. So total charges of reinstallation and De Installation was Rs 300, for which I have recharged my account on 7th May, 2012 with Rs 300. Previous to these I had made one recharge on 14th April 2012 for the New South Gold Package for RS 180, for which I was, suppose to get the service till May 14, 2012, but suddenly the service was stopped on May 9th 2012.&#xD;
&#xD;
On the basis of enquiry in the customer care under the complain no: 109975199 it was found that the amount of De installation charges of RS 100 was deducted twice, and was told that it will be refunded to my account within 24 hrs, but it was not refunded, so another complain was made under the complain No: 110159722 on May 11, 2012, again 24 hrs time was given, but the money was not refunded. So another complain was made on 12 May 2012 and was told now it will be definitely refunded within 24 to 48 hrs but nothing was done.&#xD;
&#xD;
So now my question to the higher authorities of Videocon DTH is that, whether I should be refunded with the amount of RS 100 or not? If I do not get any response for this then I should think and I think everyone will think that this is the policy of cheating by Videocon in which higher authority have the consent.&#xD;
&#xD;
Then my question to Videocon DTH is that can they become rich by cheating the customers in this way? Because ultimately they are acquiring the curse of the customers and not the goodwill.</description>

      <title>Bill not provided in CCD at RDC Rajnagar,Ghaziabad</title>

      <description>My sister and i went to CCD at RDC Rajnagar, Ghaziabad branch on 12th may 2012, Saturday. when i was placing the order at the counter, i noticed a big spider web just above my head. i told the guy about it who was taking my order at the counter. While placing the order i gave him my debit card for the payment and i was advised to wait for the order to be delivered at my table. After a while a guy came with the order that we placed. He kept the coffee cups and the sandwich we ordered at the table and went back. We both had our coffee however since we were discussing something important we continued sitting there for another 10 mins... By then almost everyone at the coffee shop left so the staff was not busy... My sister got up as she thought of leaving too however i was still thinking why we were not provided a bill for the order but only a customer copy of my debit card transaction. Upon asking the guy (ADITYA) who took our order in his system started looking at his branch supervisor. Supervisor on shift (VIJAY TIWARI) suddenly asked me to wait while they could have generated a bill for me however he mentioned ma&amp;#39;am your bill is ready which was a lie as i could see aditya generating a bill for me at the same time. i waited and then he gave me the bill with 15 Rupees change. When i asked him why was he giving 15 rupees cash ( as i paid with a debit card) he mentioned Ma&amp;#39;am because we accidentally charged you extra on the debit card .. I would like to mention that the total bill including taxes was Rs 219/- and we were charged Rs 235/- on our debit card. We would have not known it until i would have asked for a bill. They were so casual about the entire thing and did not even apologize for the inconvenience we had to face for unnecessarily waiting for something we are suppose to get while placing t he order when i paid upfront. I would like CCD to compensate for such a bad experience i had at their coffee shop. Did not expect such treatment at such a reputed place , as i am a coffee lover and i visit a lot of your branches and this ghaziabad branch experience was really bad. &#xD;
Would be expecting a reply on this or else i will lodge a complain with consumer court.&#xD;
