      <title>BAD SERVICE from Eureka Forbes</title>

      <description>Eureka's service is the worst to declare.&#xD;
&#xD;
Last week after repeated calls one of the service engineer dropped by and he seemed he was keen to sell the AMC rather than doing the service.  Once he opened the Aquaguard, he started listing what all I have to purchase.&#xD;
&#xD;
After the service of the Aquaguard I have the following complaints&#xD;
&#xD;
1.  It is making LOUD NOISE which was noiseless earlier.  &#xD;
2.  The water is just not drinkable and is so tasteless,  just the thought of drinking water is driving us away from the water.&#xD;
&#xD;
3.  Who is going to compensate for our health... Aquaguard? or Eureka...!!!!&#xD;
&#xD;
What I noticed with Eureka Forbes&#xD;
&#xD;
1.  They do not have a tracking system to give the quarterly service during the warranty period.&#xD;
&#xD;
2,  They respond after too many calls,  when we call the call center the answer just seem to vary from executive to executive.&#xD;
&#xD;

      <title>MANY TIMES REPEATED FAILURE OF UNICORN-CB ENGINE WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD</title>

      <description>I have bought Honda CB Unicorn on the 18th of JULY 2011 from PASHANKAR AUTO PVT LTD(Shivaji Nagar, Pune).I have travelled around 27,000Kms with my bike till today.I didn't even complete TWO years but I got PROBLEM with the ENGINE within six month from the date of purchase of bike.&#xD;
&#xD;
I am doing regular services in PASHANKAR AUTO PVT LTD service center(karve road Kedar empire, Pune) and also changing engine oil for every 2,000kms.From last one &amp; half year I have taken this bike for FOUR times to service center for the only problem which is so major, b'coz its related to safety of the customer's life.&#xD;
&#xD;
The issue I faced is that while riding my bike on 13-05-2013 in  traffic, all of sudden gear changing was stopped even after i tried many times every gear position by shifting gear shifter lever up &amp; down.I Understood the situation immediately &amp; I made a narrow escape. what would have been a trauma. Engine remained started with sudden failure of the Transmission.&#xD;
Likewise I have faced this problem on the road while driving ,not only once but 4 times till today. But service center people aren't looking confident yet to resolve this problem. &#xD;
&#xD;
One imp issue you should notice with my bike is, its exaust valve guide in the cyl. head got broken within one year(15-06-2012).They have replaced too many parts after that. Those are as follows&#xD;
Exaust valve, valve stem, valve guide, chain sprocket, engine main shaft&#xD;
They are not in a position to identify where is the root cause of the failure exactly.By knowing the proposed accedental incident with me, everyone is saying that its a very serious problem with the bike. I don't know why you people are not identifying the problem.This is the way service is going for my vehicle.Everytime when this problem came, They are changing something else apart from the main problem.If the problem occurs repeatedly with in 2 years, Then there is some manufacturing defect. So they have to replace entire engine . But they are doing alterations and sending me back everytime without resolving main problem and showing me oral assurance that it will not happen again.&#xD;
&#xD;
I had a good opinion on HONDA vehicles and service centers of HONDA.I was totally irritated with the way the service is going for my vehicle. &#xD;
If it is the case how people will prefer HONDA 2wheeler vehicles. Since last one &amp; half year you people are not able to find proper solution of the problem. if you people are taking this much carelessness and ignorance then how do people trust and go for a HONDA. I am sorry to say this but i would not recommend anyone to go for HONDA vehicles.&#xD;
&#xD;
I would like to get your response from Honda directly and immediately, failing which I will take this matter to the consumer forum. &#xD;
Let me know about your action about this complaint as soon as possible. And also let me know when you are going to deliver my bike with original PERFORMANCE&#xD;

      <title>Tradus.com - Complete Harassment to the Customer</title>

      <description>I ordered for a Sony Xperia ST21i Tipo Mobile Phone (Blue) on Tradus.com on 15/4/2013, sub-order ID 8539585_01. The total value was 7299 and I opted for EMI of 2433 for 3 months. I received the product on 18/4/2013. On opening the package, I could find that the product was defective with the power button depressed inside. Since, there is no phone number or customer service for Tradus, I mailed back on the same day about the defective product. I got an auto generated mail back, which was of no use. On the next day I went to the Sony service center to get it repaired as it should be in warranty. But going there I got to know that the product is not covered in India warranty and is an malaysion handset. I contacted the seller Sarf Trading (who was selling product through Tradus) of Chennai, he suggested that the phone had to be sent back to them. I told them that I want to return the defective product. He mentioned that on receiving the product, they can check the product and then confirm about returns, with me and Tradus. I mailed Tradus and informed that the seller wants me to ship back the product. I waited a lot to get their confirmation before shipping the product. Finally after receiving the confirmation I shipped the product back and shared the courier tracking number with both seller and Tradus. &#xD;
&#xD;
Even after receiving the product by Sarf Trading, there was no communication from seller or even Tradus for days. Somehow I managed to call Srf Trading and he confirmed that he will send me a confirmation call soon. Again after waiting for some days I called the seller, during this time Tradus was not at all bothered to reply back to may mails. The seller confirmed that he has completed all formalities of return &amp; refund with Tradus and I might get a confirmation from Tradus soon. After several days and mails, I got response from Tradus that my amount was refunded back to my credit card account on 11/5/2013. By this time, my first EMI of 2433 already appeared on my Credit Card bill due to be paid before 22 May. I started waiting for the refund to appear on my account, so that I do not need to pay the first EMI of 2433 and the rest of the amount does not appear in subsequent billing cycles. To my great astonishment, on 16/5/2013, an amount of 4866 appeared as unbilled transaction of my my next billing cycle. I called the credit card customer care and got to know that Tradus has asked for a pre call settlement of the rest of the amount and there had been no refund on my account. So, the amount of 7299 now appears as 2433 in my pending bill and the rest 4866 has to be paid in one shot in my next billing cycle. This means paying Rs. 7299 for something which I don't have and for which I had already been harassed too much and too long. Moreover, for a person who is buying phone on EMI, how can he pay the amount in one shot, without having the phone in his hand. I have contected the seller, they said that its not their concern now as they have already refunded back to Tradus. I have mailed Tradus regarding this as I can't contact on call. I have my last date of payment approaching in 4 days, I am really worried rather than angry. I feel myself trapped in this dangerous trap from Tradus.&#xD;
&#xD;
After all harassment, the refund status was fake with no Refund Reference Number provided to me as promised on the website. Instead I have been asked to pay the whole money without even having the product. I want consumer court to investigate on Tradus to run this kind of service on internet. I want justice to be done.</description>

I booked the Bed room package of worth 25,610(Double cot bed+ward robe+small stool+Dressing table+Mattress) at furniture maarket ,Hyd-miyapur on 23-March-2012. They took upfront payment of 5000 R.s for the same and guaranteed deliver within 40 days.It was already more than 40 days when i asked them about it, they keep on postponing and saying it might take more than one month.&#xD;

If they are responding like this am not understanding what kind of service they are going to provide in future.</description>

      <title>Yatra.com - Failure Booking &amp;amp;  Refund Pending</title>

      <description>I have booked an air ticket for my wife &amp;amp; child from Madurai to Mumbai in Air India flight through Yatra.com website on 24.01.2013. &#xD;

When i booked 1st time the transaction was success &amp;amp; Rs.4537/- was deduct from my account, but I din&amp;#039;t received ticket. With in 5 minutes i received a call from Yatra call center &amp;amp; they told that your ticket is not confirmed because of payment was not received at YATRA &amp;amp; he insisted me to book again &amp;amp; said that the failure booking amount will be refunded with in 2 to 3 days. But I did not received refund &amp;amp; on 4th Feb i sent my 1st mail to YATRA regarding the refund &amp;amp; yatra replied me that send your transaction detail.&#xD;

I have attached my transaction details and i again sent mail on 11th feb &amp;amp; yatra replied that with a mail that the amount was not credit in our account. Then I showed YATRA&amp;#039;s reply to SBI where I am having account &amp;amp; they replied me that both the transactions maid for booking the air tickets are credit in yatra account on 28.01.2013. The reply from yatra, SBI bank , the details of my successful booking of ticket &amp;amp; my transaction detail till date from the booking are with me I can send it through mail if i get a mail ID to send those details.It is in pdf fomat. Please help me to get the refund.</description>

      <description>It is to inform you that in December, 2011, I have purchased a food processor of philips company. After purchase, I have faced so many problems with your food processor. If we see the history of online complaints made for repair of this food processor we will be surprised. Sometimes back it was taken by the service center, Vikas Puri, New Delhi for repair, for near about 10 days but after few days the same problem was occurred. Not a single technician could resolve the problem. &#xD;
&#xD;
But in the latest complaint made on 7th May, 2013, a technician of the company was come on 8th May, 2013 and resolve the problem of lock. But on the very next day the same problem was again occurred. I once again, as usual, made an online complaint (No.501290127866) on 10th May, 2013 with subsequent reminders on 11th , 13th , 14th and 15th May, 2013. On 15th May, 2013, a technician made a call to me that there is a complaint of food processor. He came on that day and tried to resolve the problem. But he left with the words that the lock of the machine is not working properly, he will come on Saturday or Monday i.e. 18th or 20th May, 2013 with a lock and replace it. For the time being the food processor can be used, the machine it will work. &#xD;
&#xD;
I was shocked when I saw my e-mail account on 15.05.2013. I received an e-mail on 15.5.2013 made by the company or service center in which they mentioned that the complaint made on 10.05.2013 has been resolved. Whenever company&amp;#039;s technicians words were that he will come on Saturday or Monday i.e. 18th or 20th May, 2013 and resolve the problem with replacement of the lock. It is not understood that without confirmation from the customer about the complaint how the company can send an e-mail that complaint has been resolved whenever it is pending.&#xD;
&#xD;
It is humbly requested that the same complaint may kindly be resolved on urgent basis.</description>

This courier reached at Indore office of Blazeflash on date of 12/05/2013. But they do not delivered these medicines till now and when i ask him by phone they daily promise me that they delivered the medicines today. This being continuous from dated 14/05/2013. I complain to it to the company on dated 16/05/2013 and they providing me complain no 67508 but still problem is just the same.&#xD;

Sir, due to these medicines are very important for my sister because she is pregnant and courier company is not understanding the importance of the condition. We are suffering with very much problem. I want to justification from the company for this late and who will be the responsible if my sister suffered due to lack of medicines. &#xD;
