Why India cannot digest CBI's version of Aarushi murder case?

Why India cannot digest CBI's version of Aarushi murder case? The nation has completely lost any residual faith in it's investigating agencies after the CBI's version of solution of Aarushi murder case was announced today.

Despite so many loopholes in CBI's investigation and solely on he basis of some tests whose efficacy is questionable and therefore not admissible as evidence in court, they are now sure that the three people (Krishna and his accomplices) has killed both Aarushi and Hemraj.

The biggest questions lies now why Noida police could not find anything and did not attempt to protect the crime scene and collect evidence. We all know in India that the police routinely messes up investigations but not because they are ill trained but more because they get purchased by the powerful and the rich and therefore they act in such a way that all evidences can be destroyed and nothing can be established against the perpetrators of crime. We can then assume that it also happened the same way for Noida police so they acted in an extreme callous way that they even took 2 days to discover the body of Hemraj from the terrace of Dr Rajesh Talwar's house. But then the bigger question is who paid Noida police the money?

You need actually lots of money to cover up a crime of this stature and no one is going to believe that these Nepali domestic help and his driver freinds can pay the Noida police the kind of sum required to mess up such investigations. Simply this pint is enough for Indians to smell rat in the investigation results today announced by CBI.

The Talwars were never coherent from day one and the CBI themselves have told the media that Dr Rajesh Talwar was not cooperating with them in investigations and that's why he and his wife were subjected to Polygraph and Narco Analysis tests. Now when the focus of the case is getting away from public eye, there is a reason to believe that a deal has been struck at high place and three poor, illiterate servants have been found to be accused.

I am not suggesting that Talwar have killed their daughter and servant because we simply do not have evidence but I simply cannot buy this that the case has been solved. The case has actually become murkier and I believe from day one the some invisible hand is behind the scene trying to bail out the real perpetrators and trying to find a scapegoat. It is also to be noted that Dr Nupur Talwar did not even shed a drop of tear and was found to be exceptionally strong specially when her daughter was brutally murdered in their house.

We actually have no faith in any investing agencies of the country and it is shame that Noida police did everything possible to destroy evidence so that the case is never solved but for whose interest? Who paid the police the big buck or is Noida police really a bunch of idiots who does not know the basics of a murder investigation?

If now cases are to be solved only by polygraph, brain mapping and narco analysis tests then we should abolish the IPS posts and recruit doctors in police force. I am sure they will do much better than our police who are corrupt to the core.

I agree with u Mr.Harihar.We saw the same thing in the Rizwanur Rahman murder case in Kolkata.Mr. Ashok Todi bought the police with his money and influence thereby denying justice to Rizwanur's mother. Please post regular blogs..its really informative and intellectually enriching.

Right Harihar. We cant buy this and very well written. Doctors instead of IPS, wow not bad. Its Nithari then organ transplant then Aarushi and now what? All scapegoats no solutions thats what we call Indian law...based on evidence??

derebail2009 wrote on 14 September, 2008

Well it is real scam. Somebody has really covered up the murder. All the evidence such as cellphone, murder weapon etc have been destroyed or tucked away. Cell phone carries some clue for the murder.

To be honest I don t trust the Talwars and Durranis, they are hiding some deep secret, your point that Nupur is hiding behind a mask, is very true.

Yeah, I also believe that there is some big hand behind as police would not have helped destroying evidence without getting large money and these domestic servants cannot afford it.

Harihar, You write good blogs, why can't u concentrate on writing sans your antics :)

Hi Harihar, I am in complete agreement with you! But I really pity the state of Forensic science in India. In the US they have started a game show based on a lie detector test " Moment Of Truth". In India, to we have just two lie detector tests systems available. ON ein Bangalore and another somewhere near Ranchi. And to top it all, these tests including the narco analysis cannot to used an evidence against the accused in the court of law.Sad that the truth died along with the adolscent victim.

It's a completely botched up case and systematically done first by Noida Police and then by CBI, heads should roll but when the very boss (home minister) is trying to save his chair and not taking up responsibly of failures nothing would happen.

I don't know why there is so much hype around CBI, CBI is just another inefficient agency and they are composed of the same policemen who serve in the state services, just the name is different.

In our country criminals feel safer in the company of police and ordinary people are always scared about them, this explains everything.

CBI should be completely revamped, in fact the whole police administration, the people have no faith, you cannot lodge a FIR in mist cases without money. Government should recruit officers from private industry if they are serious about a face lift of police and CBI, many people in police are actually very dumb and they don't know how to crack a case, there is hardly any training, there is not fitness, there is no motivation, it is a service where people join because they can make a lot of money from bribes and misuse power to unleash terror on common man. Police officers are found to be more active in sorting out civil disputes (which is none of their business) by coercion than in solving crimes and giving protection to people who need it.

What is the latest in this case? Can anyone update?? It is one of the most intriguing murder case in recent time.

It's totally botched up, it will be hard to prosecute the parents as they have wiped out all evidence, thanks to our policemen.
