Firstly, vulgarity on the show Emotional Atyachar by UTV Bindaas must not be allowed on Indian television.

Secondly, if the characters portrayed in a episode are real, then their privacy is being encroached upon along with protection of copyrights (performer's right).

Article 21 (right to life and liberty) of the Constitution of India has been challenged. As the performer who is the suspect in the episode has right to liberty and privacy. Their private acts cannot be broadcasted without consent.

Secondly, suspect has made some performance based on which UTV bindaas is getting TRP and without performer's consent. It is violation of Section 38 (3) of India Copyright Act.

Now assume logically that the performers are not based from real life and the story is not true. They write in the beginning of the show that 'this is true story' which is misleading. They must make the public clear that this is NOT A TRUE STORY.
