This is about the system made for the people, the system people believe
in and the system people have undeterred faith on...anyway we think ... the system is important...but the system has failed not only one time but many a times...May it be the case of tackling terrorist, intelligence system for advance intelligence, punishing the culprit of an illegal act, controlling inflation, providing security to its people, solving murder cases Etc...Etc... System has proved its inefficiency wherever we see...but itÂs not only the system which is to blame here...People in India too are equally responsible... Anything anywhere happens...people fight, protest, cry, mourn, and remember (but for short time...) and then they forget and move on... They rarely look back and try to fight against the injustice and help the victims out (itÂs the victim who has memories for lifetime...).The cases like Mumbai terror attacks, intelligence failure of such attacks, the case of protecting Indian students in Australia, Arushi Talwar murder case...(one never knows who was the culprit...forgotten case now ... )...several rape cases...and many more.... People here have become habitual of such activities remembering (for short) and forgetting (for long time...) the such incidents....there are many such cases... Lot of people talk about Godhra and 1984 riots but not too far ago in 1982 April, 13 monks from a religious sect called Anadamargis were burnt alive in Calcutta on a bridge called Bijon Setu at 10.00 am in the morning in broad daylight, allegedly by CPM cadres and very strangely nobody ever talk about the incident including Mamta Banerjee, so this is another example of the system failure!

Yes, Talwar case is a great mystery and still don't know why police systematically destroyed all forensic evidences! Don't think they did it for saving few nepali and bengali servants... it is one of the most sensational and unsolved murder of recent times
