Mamata Banerjee and her party continue their goondaraj in West Bengal. Trinamool Congress faced the latest controversy when a bodyguard of the party MP Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar urinated on a Calcutta High Court lawyer in Rajdhani Express.
The lawyer filed an official complaint but could not take the guard's name as he (the bodyguard) threatened the lawyer and his client with service revolver. Aryak Dutta, the lawyer has been quoted as saying, "I was going to Allahabad with a client. The man occupying berth 19 said he was Dastidar's security guard. He said the MP was in an AC-I coupe." Mr Dutta woke up when he heard some noise in the wee hours and found the guard urinating on his client. "The policeman was standing nearby, drunk. He was urinating on my client who was on the lower berth. My client cried out and I pushed the policeman lightly. He lost his balance but straightened up and continued to urinate on his legs and my luggage," said Mr Dutta. Mr Dutt's client, who got irritated with the incident, tried to compel the drunk policeman to clean the place but citing the revolver in his (the guard's) hand, the lawyer advised his client not to indulge in any kind quarrel. Meanwhile, Kolkata Railway police denied any involvement of policeman in the case as officials stated, "We haven't yet seen the complaint as the train has not yet returned from New Delhi. We have spoken to the train staff and they confirmed a complaint was lodged. We don't know whether he was a policeman. He was registered as an attendant to the MP. It is alleged that he misbehaved with other passengers." The Trinamool MP, however, refused to receive any calls regarding the issue but later on Monday, Mar 19, she sent a SMS saying, "nothing happened." However, Allahabad GRP sources confirmed that an official complaint has been lodged by a Rajdhani passenger.

This is not surprising.A few days back one of Mamata's right hands, Dola Sen had slapped on the face of a security guard, who was doing his duty at North Kolkata. In the early hour that person did not allow a matador van to pass through a no entry Zone.Dola sen was escorting the van. She could not tolerate the atrocity of a pety security guard and gave him a lesson.Because that matador was carrying some materials which were for the wedding of the daughter of the state labor minister. No action was taken against Dola Sen. A few days back Mamata's own nephew Mr Akash was caught because he had beaten a police man on duty. At first the administration tried to suppress the fact, later due to pressure from the media, the fact came in limelight. Police had no other options but to arrest Akash and some of his friends. later it was revealed that Akash used to drive his car through the botanical garden with female companions where no vehicles are allowed and used his position to ignore rules.

Ironically Dola Sen is a trade union leader who had slapped on the face of security guard. Mamata is displaying intolerance for anything and everything.A few days back one Maoist leader Suchitra was presented before the press, the CM demanded that Suchitra had surrendered. But in that appearance that Maoist was looking very bright, no sign of any tiredness, wearing crisp dresses, who was claimed to be absconding. Press asked, whether Suchitra was arrested long back, kept in a safe custody or not. Hearing this Mamata reacted violently and denied to give any reply, rather she rudely behaved with the press.almost all Bengali newspapers have started criticizing Mamata due to this attitude. she has antagonized the press.In arrogance she would definitely touch the records of Jyoti Basu and Buddhadev Bhattacharjee. Excessive arrogance was the cause behind the left front's downfall.Hope Mamata and her team would not forget this.

This should be dealt with by law and not have to become the subject of politics.
