i took a new airtel connection with mobile phone as it was a combo offer of
getting lifetime validity but now i m not getting the right service they are saying your number is not having lifetime validity thats why i m getting 36rs on each topup of 50 rs where i should get 44rs.also customer care exicutives are not receiving my phone calls...they are messing my mind sinc 13th august the day i took the connection . kindly help Comments (2) Sangita wrote on 05 September, 2008
I think very soon the govt. is coming up with a fixed nominal service charge and they cannot rip us off anymore.

airtel is a shrewd operator, now because of their clout they are able to twist and churn the customer.
