I did something that none of you friends should suffer. Buying something enticed by their offers which at the end never really offers you anything.Let us look at some cases. I bought a wardrobe and was promised a delivery in 10 days.To purchase it, I had to run around the Ghatkoper outlet to find a store assistant. Delivery was made in 21 days.It was in packed and I was assured that someone would assemble it the next day.Now it is a month since I had paid for it and the wardrobe is still in the packets waiting for the big bazaar assembler. Cant do it on our own since if something defective turns out from the parcel they may not replace blaming us for the damage.Tried calling the store but no one picks up the phone. Called their helpline who will not give any tel no of their senior staff at the store. Helpline assured action in 24 hours and it is 72 hours now.
