I recently used their service to ship my household stuff from Delhi to Hyderabad. They give you the worst service and if your stuff gets damaged ,YOU WILL KEEP RUNNING AFTER THEM TO GET THE REPAIRS/CLAIMS.
This is the whole story if you want to know : 1. First they postponed the pick up by one day. 2. Then on the promised day, the guy calls and FALSELY tells me that there has been an accident and some people coming with him were injured so he is in hospital with them. CLEAR LIE. 3. As I had to fly next morning I asked him to pick the stuff same day only. But then this guy OUTSOURCES this And some other guys from JAI MATA MOVERS AND PACKERS come to pack to pick up. 4. Over that their boxes are is very bad shape and they are not able to seal them properly either. 5. Now when I received my stuff, ALL BOXES WERE OPEN, MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED. MY MIXER WAS BROKEN. MY ALMIRAH HAD BIG DENTS. There were dents in my BIKE , back light and center stand was broken too. 6. I WASTED more than 30 days running after them and even after that I got just 1200 bucks against all these damages. RIDICULOUS. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO USE AGARWAL PACKERS.
