Admanyac of the Year Award for 2011.
Dear Friends I feel very humbled and honored to receive the Admanyac of the Year Award for 2011. This is an enormous accolade for me and I want to thank the distinguished judges for giving me this wonderful honour. In Admanya from past two years I have been writing on a more regular basis, my reviews & blogs are being read and appreciated by Admanya members. That's really a very cool feeling indeed. I also receive some critical comments from several members & I have implemented a number of strategies for dealing with criticism & most part these strategies have worked well. Sometimes it's nice to hear criticism, feedback is often a part of the learning process and can provide us with valuable insights into how we can improve and grow as a person. Finally whether members like what I'm writing or not is important to me. But the most important thing is whether I'm enjoying myself while I'm writing. It was really wonderful meeting Admanyacs. I specially thank the multi-faceted personality & noted transformational coach Mr Indroneil Mukherjee & company law expert Mr Ramaswamy K for sharing the valuable views in their respective fields. I would also like to thank Mr Gangadhar & Mr Jaydeep for organizing the Admanya meet. Hope to have many such wonderful Admanya meet in the days to come. Thank you so much !

Maz@ Please keep it up. You are really a jewel in the crown of Admanya. This recognition of yours have made me happy. The one thing about your character which I most admire is " positive thinking and freshness". Your presence also makes others more refreshed and you always emit " positive vibration".
