Admanya Cash is only awarded for orginal, honest and true content and genuine activity and NOT for copied, duplicate, superfluous, plagiarized, manufactured, irrelevant, inappropriate or offensive content. Such content or any attempt to manipulate Admanya Cash balance can be easily identified by our editorial team and stands a chance to attract penalty including forfeiture of the entire Admanya Cash balance.

Currently no Admanya Cash is awarded for express review (reviews less than 500 characters) or short blogs (blogs less than 1000 characters).
  1. Admanya Cash is the name of the reward program conceived and operated by Admanya.com exclusively for its registered members who voluntarily signs up with Admanya Consumer Action website (within the purview of sub domain consumer.admanya.com) and contributes toward the content of the website by the way of writing reviews, blogs, comments, feedback, opinions etc and this name Admanya Cash should not be confused or misinterpreted in anyway with or related to cash or money.

  2. Each member will earn a definite amount of Admanya Cash (refer to Admanya Cash Point System) for specific activity as being declared by Admanya.com and the points (Admanya Cash) will be accumulated in the member's account. The member can redeem Admanya Cash and exchange for gifts as available in the reward catalogue.

  3. Outside the Admanya cash point system, Admanya.com will announce contests, surveys and options from time to time to its members and the members can opt in for participation and earn extra Admanya Cash as they will be declared.

  4. Admanya Cash rewards can only be delivered to addresses in India but there is no bar in participation to members who do not reside in India.

  5. By signing up with Admanya Consumer Action you are automatically admitted to the Admanya Cash program and you also agree to the terms and conditions of Admanya Cash. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior announcement and the latest terms and conditions will be always available at Admanya website. No Admanya Cash is awarded for content posted through email authentication when the user is not signed up.

  6. Admanya Cash program takes effect from March 1, 2008 and is will be effected for a particular member only after activation of his / her profile. Existing member (who have activated their respective profile before March 1, 2008) of Admanya Consumer Action will get retrospective effect for signup and profile completeness only. There will be no award of Admanya Cash for activity in other Admanya websites like classifieds (sub domain classifieds.admanya.com) or any other new websites that will come up in future under the Admanya sub domain.

  7. Admanya Cash will be awarded only for original content, and honest and true feedback. Admanya.com reserves the right to reverse any awarded points if the content is found to be plagiarized, copied, not factual, created intentionally for getting Admanya Cash or are offensive or inappropriate in the context of the website?s purpose. Admanya.com also reserves the right to suspend or delete a member from Admanya Cash reward program for serious or repeated violations of the reward program rules and terms and conditions.

  8. A member should first accumulate enough points to exchange them for gifts and they should send an email request to cash@admanya.com indicating the gift of their choice from the gift catalogue. An Admanya member services representative will contact the member and process the request within 2 weeks under normal conditions. Should the requested gift not be available the member will have to choose from alternative gifts as will be available at that time. The gifts will be sent by courier to the address as indicated by the member. Admanya Cash is not transferable and in no circumstances it can be exchanged for any cash or anything else apart from gifts as listed out in the gift catalogue. All gifts can be only sent to an address located within India only.

  9. A redemption request can be made anytime once the member has sufficient Admanya Cash but the member has to wait for 6 months before requesting the next redemption. Currently there will be no reduction in Admanya Cash balance for any period of inactivity.

  10. Any questions or comments regarding the Admanya cash program can be sent at cash@admanya.com and it will be promptly answered by a member service representative.
